Terms, licenses & privacy.

These terms cover the digital kit ($49, with AllyOtter included) and its affiliate programme. For the separate done-for-you service ($99 or $199 a month), read the ThreadFox Managed campaign terms.

Your purchase

The kit price is $49 USD one time, plus applicable tax; any discount and the amount you pay are shown at checkout. If you followed one of our earlier tagged links, you are charged the lower price that link showed, as stated on the page and at checkout. AllyOtter, our affiliate-launch toolkit, is included with every paid kit at no extra cost: download it from your private library under its own license. Bundles bought before October 3, 2026 keep their bundle terms. You receive the downloadable edition described on the sales page, AI subscriptions, browser tools, hosting, domains and third-party accounts are separate. No perpetual updates, audience, marketplace acceptance or earnings are promised. A direct purchase is paid through Stripe to RevenuePack, ThreadFox's parent company: its receipt comes from RevenuePack, and card payments appear on the statement as REVENUEPAK* THREADFOX (other payment methods and some banks may describe the charge differently). A marketplace purchase is paid on that marketplace's checkout and its receipt and card statement come from there; a Digistore24 charge shows Digistore24.

30-day refund policy

For an original direct purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days at the self-service refund form using the order ID from your delivery email and the address you paid with. A request that passes those checks is submitted to the payment processor immediately, without review; the credit is posted by your bank, normally within five to ten business days. If the automatic route fails, the request is recorded and processed, and you can email your order ID instead. A refunded or charged-back purchase ends the purchaser's resale license and access. Applicable nonwaivable consumer rights remain unaffected. Purchases from independent resellers are supported and refunded by that seller. Purchases through a marketplace (Whop, JVZoo, WarriorPlus, Digistore24) are refunded through that marketplace, within its refund window; Digistore24 purchases carry a 60-day refund. For a WarriorPlus purchase, send the request to support@threadfox.vip and we issue the refund through WarriorPlus.

Upgrades

After a kit purchase you may be offered ThreadFox Pro ($97), Resell Rights ($197) or Resell Rights Lite ($97), plus applicable tax. Choosing to add one opens a Stripe checkout for that upgrade alone; nothing is added unless you pay there. Each upgrade may be refunded within 30 days by writing to support@threadfox.vip with your order ID. Pro includes the agency licence in the Pro download; Resell Rights include the resale licence below.

Resale rights

A paid, unrefunded purchase of Resell Rights or Resell Rights Lite, with the original kit purchase, permits the purchaser to sell the designated retail edition to end customers without a per-sale royalty to AMF Indiana. The reseller supplies its own checkout, delivery, taxes, privacy, refunds and customer support. Preserve original attribution and case-study qualifications. Do not redistribute the owner/reseller bundle or transfer resale rights to customers. This is standard resale, not master resale rights or private-label authorship. The complete license is included in the download.

Software license (EULA)

This end-user license applies to the ThreadFox software (the setup scripts, the MCP server, the browser client and the included AI skills) however you bought it: directly, through a marketplace such as Digistore24, JVZoo, Whop or WarriorPlus, or from an authorized reseller. The licensor is AMF Indiana. A marketplace or reseller that processed or sold your order (for example Digistore24 Inc.) is not the licensor. The license files in your download (retail, Pro agency, resale) add detail and apply together with this section.

Grant and scope. A paid, unrefunded purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the edition you bought on computers you control, for your own projects and business, including work for your clients as the retail license allows. Pro adds the agency license in the Pro download; Resell Rights add the resale license above. You may not resell, sublicense, share or publish the software or your library link except as those licenses allow.

Term. The license is a one-time purchase with no subscription or renewal. It covers the version delivered to you and any updates we choose to make available in your library; future updates are not promised. It ends if the purchase is refunded or charged back, and we may end it after written notice for a material breach of this section.

Prohibited use. You may not use the software for anything unlawful, deceptive or infringing, or that breaks a platform's rules (including Reddit's and each community's): no spam, vote manipulation, impersonation, or getting around a ban, block, rate limit or other enforcement action. You may not use it to create fake testimonials, fake reviews, fake endorsements, undisclosed synthetic promotional content or other misleading content. The software does not guarantee that any post avoids moderation, removal or account action.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for lawful use of the software and for reviewing its outputs before they are published or used commercially. If you let your AI publish under a standing authorization, you remain responsible for everything it publishes as if you had reviewed each item, and you should check its drafts and records. You choose what is published, where and from which accounts, and you are responsible for that content, for your accounts and for disclosing your affiliation where the rules require it. You agree to cover claims against AMF Indiana that arise from content you publish or from your breach of this section, to the extent the law allows.

Suspension and termination. We may suspend or end library access and updates for a license that is refunded, charged back, shared or used for a prohibited purpose. Write to support@threadfox.vip to ask about or dispute a suspension.

Updates and security. Updates are delivered as new downloads in your private library and listed in the changelog; you install them yourself by running the included setup again. Report a security problem to support@threadfox.vip. Follow the setup guide in the download for installation, and remove the software by deleting its folder and disconnecting it from your AI app.

Disclaimer and liability. The software is provided as is. We do not promise any number of views, visitors, sales or income, or that any post will stay up. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for the software is limited to the amount you paid for it. Applicable nonwaivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Direct affiliate programme

No purchase is required. Eligible referred direct kit orders earn 50% of the pre-tax price the buyer paid ($24.50 at $49), and Pro, Resell Rights and Resell Rights Lite upgrades bought on those orders earn 50% of their pre-tax price. Eligible referred ThreadFox Managed campaigns earn 30% of the pre-tax campaign price the client keeps: $29.70 on a $99 Launch campaign and $59.70 on a $199 Growth campaign, less 30% of any pro-rata refund for undelivered work. A managed client referred by you also earns you this commission on each further campaign they buy within 12 months, unless another valid referral applies. A valid last referral is stored in the same browser for up to 30 days. Tracking requires functioning cookies, the same browser and the referral reaching checkout; cross-device tracking is not promised. Other marketplaces have separate terms.

Refunds, disputes, fraud, self-referrals and purchases using the affiliate's registration or payout email are excluded. A kit commission matures when the 30-day refund window closes; a managed commission matures when the campaign's delivery and any refund are settled. There is no minimum payout. Partners who connect a Stripe payout account from the dashboard are paid automatically by Stripe transfer after a commission matures, normally within the hour; Stripe collects the identity and tax information it requires and deposits funds to the partner's bank on its own schedule. Other partners are paid by PayPal in a weekly batch prepared on Mondays and recorded against the actual transfer receipt. An unusually large payout, a suspended account or a provider error can hold a payment for review. A refund or dispute on a commission already paid is recovered from future commissions.

Launch contest

From the launch on September 24, 2026 until Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:59pm US Eastern, the three affiliates with the most eligible direct kit sales win $500, $300 and $200 respectively. An eligible sale is a referred direct kit order in that window that earns commission under these terms and is not refunded, disputed or self-referred when its 30-day refund window closes. First place requires at least 20 eligible sales, second at least 10 and third at least 5; a place whose minimum is not met is not awarded. Ties go to the partner who reached the count first. Prizes are paid by the partner's chosen payout method after the refund windows of the qualifying sales close, subject to the fraud, disclosure and conduct rules above. Void where prohibited.

WarriorPlus launch contest

From Monday, September 28, 2026 at 12:00am until Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 11:59pm US Eastern, the three WarriorPlus affiliates with the most eligible ThreadFox sales win $300, $200 and $100 respectively. An eligible sale is a WarriorPlus sale of the ThreadFox kit (offer 95053) in that window that WarriorPlus credits to the affiliate and that is not refunded, disputed or charged back when its 30-day refund window closes. Purchases by the affiliate, their household or their own accounts, incentivized purchases and sales from prohibited promotion do not count. First place requires at least 10 eligible sales, second at least 5 and third at least 3; a place whose minimum is not met is not awarded. Ties go to the affiliate who reached the count first. Standings are taken from WarriorPlus's affiliate report. Prizes are paid by AMF Indiana, not WarriorPlus, after the qualifying sales' refund windows close: the winner confirms their identity by writing to partners@threadfox.vip from the email address on their WarriorPlus account, and is paid by PayPal or, where PayPal is unavailable, by bank transfer to an account in their name, subject to the conduct rules above. Contest participants disclose their commission, any free review copy, and that sales through their link count toward this contest's cash prizes, when they recommend ThreadFox. This contest is separate from the direct partner program's launch contest. Void where prohibited.

Partners reset their own password from the reset page, which emails a single-use link that expires in one hour; we never email passwords and cannot read yours. Payout address and business-name changes are made by writing to partners@threadfox.vip from the registered address.

Use truthful product descriptions, disclose commissions near recommendations and follow each publication channel's rules. No fabricated income claims, spam, impersonation, deceptive reviews or trademark impersonation. Do not represent our case-study views as yours or promise comparable customer results. No paid-recruitment or downline scheme is included. Material violations can result in suspension; legitimate earned balances remain subject to review and reversals. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.

Case-study scope

The September 16–23 cohort contains 139 dated tracked posts, 109 with saved observations totaling 1,009,664 approximate cumulative post views. Counts have mixed source times and may include removed or pending posts. They do not establish unique people, visits, earnings or typical outcomes. The owner reports that AI handled most posts and comments; an independently measured authorship percentage is not claimed.

Privacy

We collect order email, payment identifiers, product amount and delivery status; Stripe handles card details. For affiliates we collect business name, email, a hashed password, PayPal payout email, the Stripe connected-account identifier if you connect Stripe (Stripe, not us, holds your bank, identity and tax details), referral visits, eligible orders and campaigns, and payment records. Affiliate dashboards do not expose customer email addresses. To see which pages and traffic sources lead to purchases, we count page views per day, page and source, and keep the first traffic source (for example a referring site) in the site's session cookie until checkout, where it is attached to the order; no visitor profile is built. For each order we also record which parts of the private library have been used (the library opened, the installer run, the tools downloaded, lessons started) and when, so we can offer help when setup stalls. If you ask for the free checklist, we keep your email, when and where you asked, and send the checklist plus two follow-ups (day 2 and day 5), never to buyers; every email has an unsubscribe link and we stop the moment you use it. If you tick Stripe's box at checkout to hear from us (Stripe shows it only to US customers) and then leave the checkout unfinished, we email you once with a link back to the order page, never after you have bought, with an unsubscribe link. That email, and the page you return to if you leave the checkout, ask what stopped you: if you answer, we keep the answer, when you gave it and which checkout it was about, and a line you type only if you type one, up to 200 characters, never shown publicly.

Essential cookies maintain sessions, form protection and optional referral attribution. Referral attribution is recorded on any page of the site and lasts up to 30 days. Security rate limits use an hourly hashed network identifier; routine server logs may contain network metadata. We count page views and checkout starts per day, page and referring website, without cookies or anything that identifies you. Order and payout records are retained as needed for delivery, disputes and accounting. We do not use these forms to enroll you in a marketing email list. Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests, subject to necessary transaction retention.

A lost private library link can be re-sent from the recovery page; it is only ever delivered to the address that paid, and the page does not disclose whether an order exists. Support correspondence sent to our published addresses is answered automatically where the request matches a published route, and is recorded so that anything else is read.

Private library links grant download access and should not be shared. Third-party processors and tools have their own privacy terms. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, browser cookies or private customer data to ThreadFox support.
