Before you start
Just want to know where your product fits on Reddit? Request a free plan. It lists communities whose rules allow your kind of post, quoted rules and dates read, what each expects, and removal risks. It usually arrives by email within an hour; no AI setup is needed.
The paid kit is reusable: it gives your AI tools to research communities and conversations, write drafts, publish approved posts through your Chrome, answer replies and keep a local activity record. The included Launch Pack is a separate one-product plan and three tailored drafts, emailed within 24 hours of claiming it in your library. Claim before installing anything; no AI setup is needed for the pack. There is no ThreadFox subscription. Inspect the complete example.
To run the tools, you need a computer with compatible Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex on your own plan, Chrome, Microsoft’s free Playwright Extension and your own Reddit account. Your AI plan costs are separate. You install the tools, connect Chrome and supply the business facts; the AI does the research and prepares the work for your review.
Start in your private library: claim the Launch Pack, choose your install path, check your Reddit username, then build a first-session brief. Ask for a researched shortlist and one draft before publishing. No eligible match is a useful finding too. A phone or browser-only chat can read the library but cannot run the local tools.

Common questions
Can I use ThreadFox from my phone?
You can request the free plan and read it on your phone. You can also claim and read the paid Launch Pack without installing tools. Running the reusable AI tools needs a compatible computer setup; Managed is available if you want us to run a campaign.
Comment or Post was covered. Should I try again?
The kit checks that the button is clear before pressing it. If Reddit’s link tooltip or another element still covers it, the tool reports that nothing was sent. If the result says uncertain, do not send again: first reconcile the original attempt. These are different outcomes. Update from your library to get the October 4 fix in kit 2.11.14.
I can see my comment. Can everyone else?
Seeing your own comment while signed in does not establish public visibility. Check it signed out. If Reddit blocks that check, public visibility remains unconfirmed; do not treat it as proof of either visibility or removal.
Can I name my product when someone replies?
The operator answers their question first and checks whether your product was already named to them. A first mention belongs only where the community permits it. If names are allowed but links are not, use the name alone; if promotion is forbidden in comments, leave it out. A hostile reply, a bot, a moderator or someone asking you to stop is not an invitation to promote.
Does a promotion ban mean I can send a private message?
No. Some communities also forbid contacting their members privately. Read those rules and respect anyone who asks you to stop. A public-post restriction is not permission to send a message.
Setup isn’t working
Start from your library page. With Claude Desktop, download ThreadFox for Claude Desktop and open the file (if Windows asks which app should open it, choose Claude). In a regular chat, click + and choose the Set up ThreadFox prompt; no terminal. With Claude Code or Codex, including the Code view inside Claude Desktop, copy the install command for your system and paste it into a terminal (PowerShell on Windows). You don’t need to install anything first: ThreadFox uses your Python and Node.js if you have them and otherwise downloads checksum-verified official copies into its own folder. Then add Microsoft’s Playwright Extension to Chrome, sign in to Reddit, and tell your AI set up ThreadFox. Using the offline download instead? Unzip it fully, then open START-HERE.html.
Where is my order ID?
It’s in your delivery email and at the top of your private library page. Direct orders start with cs_. Can’t find either? Resend your library link first.
Which AI do I need?
Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex, on your own plan. ThreadFox’s tools run inside one of them on your computer. An assistant that only chats in a browser tab can’t run the tools. You can still claim your included Launch Pack without an AI setup. If you want us to run the outreach, ThreadFox Managed is a separate service.
I bought through WarriorPlus or another marketplace
Your library page and install command work the same way. Refunds go through the marketplace you bought from, and your access ends when that refund is processed. For WarriorPlus, write to support@threadfox.vip with the address you paid with and we issue the refund there. Upgrades are offered on that marketplace too.
What exactly may I resell?
With Resell Rights (offered right after purchase), you may sell retail-edition.zip to your own customers under the resale license in that download, using your own checkout, delivery, support and taxes. Your customers don’t get resale rights, and your own copy isn’t for redistribution. Without Resell Rights, the kit is for your own use.
Will I get the results in the case study?
No. Our figures come from one operation: 978,227 recorded views from two days of posts, with no ad spend. Results depend on your business, your posts and the communities you choose. The case study shows exactly how we counted.
How do affiliate payouts work?
You earn 50% of every referred kit sale ($24.50 at $49) and 30% of every managed campaign ($29.70 on Launch, $59.70 on Growth). A kit commission matures when its 30-day refund window closes; a managed commission when the campaign’s delivery and any refund are settled. No minimum. Connect Stripe in your partner dashboard and each matured commission is transferred automatically, normally within the hour, with bank deposits on Stripe’s schedule; otherwise we pay by PayPal every Monday.
