r/Tutoring is a community for students, parents, and tutors to ask questions, share advice, discuss learning struggles, and exchange helpful resources. Whether you need help finding the right tutor, improving study habits, or talking through real tutoring experiences, you’re in the right place. Self-promo is limited to designated threads so the community stays useful, honest, and discussion-focused.
What its rules say about promotion

Do not share private information such as personal emails, phone numbers, payment details, or student data in public posts. Respect privacy, especially when minors are involved. - Use clear titles and the right flair
Choose the most accurate flair and make your title clear enough that people understand your post before opening it. Low-context titles may be removed.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
