This includes, but is not limited to: - Works in Progress (Updates can use the *WIP - Update *Flair) - Requests for Help (See Rule 4) - Game Promotion (Commercial or otherwise) - Blogs (General information you think is worth sharing with the community.) - Discussion (Something that promotes engagement with our community) - Self-Promotion in comments is encouraged within reason.

👾 Post Flair
Every post must have a flair attached to it. Importantly, the "I Need Help" flair shouldn't be permanently attached unless your question was unanswered. Once an answer is given that you find satisfactory, *please change the flair to "I Got Help - Resolved".*

What the written rules don't show

Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
