What this page is
This page quotes r/personaltraining's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-10-06. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/personaltraining's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.

Avoid asking questions already covered in the sub or Wiki. Comments should be helpful, not dismissive. - No solicitations
Linking to your own content is permitted as long as it's pertinent to a discussion relevant to the sub. You are not allowed to use this community to sell or promote your services, whether that be through posts, comments, or DMs. - No hate speech
While we certainly enjoy our healthy dose of harshly worded comments, hate speech is explicitly forbidden. - Discussions > debates
We're here for thoughtful and valuable discussions, not pointless arguments.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
