What this page is
This page quotes r/House's rules as ThreadFox read them on 2026-09-26. The quoted text is the community's; the verdict above is our reading of it. Conditions often decide whether a post fits (a required thread, flair, posting day, account age or karma), and r/House's current rules on Reddit always win over this page.
Free, for a specific product: a researched Reddit plan by email (communities whose rules fit your post, quoted and dated), or ThreadFox Lite, read-only tools an AI assistant can use to read a community's current rules itself, through your own Chrome (Claude Code: claude mcp add threadfox-lite -- uvx threadfox-lite). For an assistant that also writes and posts within each community's rules, the ThreadFox kit is $49 once.
Want to post here? Get ThreadFox ($49): your AI (Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex) reads a community's current rules, writes one post that fits and posts once from your own Chrome. No Claude? We'll post for you ($99 per 30-day campaign). Free: a Reddit launch plan for your product, ThreadFox Lite or the posting checklist by email.

What its rules say about AI and bots
No AI slop
Human-crafted music only in this sub. Music, not "content". House music is for humans, and should be made by humans.
All 9 rules of r/House
- Try not to post EDM here.
Encouraged: Deep House, Classic House, Tech House, Soulful House, and any other house music style that keeps the spirit of house alive. Discouraged: Most EDM offshoots, better suited for /r/bigroom, /r/electrohouse, /r/proghouse, and /r/edm. Posts of this nature will be removed. - DJs: Don't post your mixes outside of [Mix Monday]
If you DJ, your mixes can only be posted on [Mix Monday] with that exact tag included in the submission title. Any self made mixes posted any day other than Monday will be removed. An everyday alternative would be submitting your mixes to /r/mixes instead. - Submit music with artist and track name.
When you submit music please include artist and track name as standard in the submission title. Feel free to include other basic info if desired - No clickbait titles for your own music, mixes, or playlists.
If you make music your submission title must include: Your artist name and track title. For DJmixes it should be DJ name and mix title. For playlists a title and a short description should suffice. Absolutely nothing clickbait-y to rope in clicks or views. No sob stories or personal bios in submission titles, please. - Music producers & Record Labels must share music from others first.
If you run or represent a music label, you must also share music uploaded from other unrelated house music artists before submitting tracks from your label. Similarly, if you make music you'd like to submit your tracks here, you first must post rule-following tracks by other unrelated, house music artists before submitting your own tracks/productions. - SEARCH before you post.
Reposts are only allowed if it's impossible to find the submission using the search. Popular tracks tend to get posted a lot because people love them or have stories to share, but please refrain from posting again if the track has already been posted within the last 5 months. - Do not post memes.
Please do not post memes, or image-only submissions in bad taste. - Follow reddiquette and be nice.
http://code.reddit.com/wiki/help/reddiquette Sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, harassment, bullying, etc, will NOT tolerated in this sub. Any user engaging in those will be banned permanently, and reported to reddit administration. - No AI slop
Human-crafted music only in this sub. Music, not "content". House music is for humans, and should be made by humans.
What the written rules don't show
- Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
- Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
- The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
Let your AI read the rules before it posts.
ThreadFox reads a community's current rules, writes a post that fits them, posts once with Reddit's Brand affiliate tag and checks it stayed up. The free ThreadFox Lite reads rules too.
