All 5 rules of r/Entrepreneurship
  1. Don't Cause Trouble / Be Respectful to Everyone
Personal arguments and/or directly attacking a fellow redditor is strictly forbidden. Any usage of hateful slurs in any way, shape or form, will be punished with a permanent ban! Keep the discussion civil.
  2. Moderators' Discretion
Rules for posts and comments on the subreddit will be enforced by moderator discretion. If you believe that a post or comment, while adhering to the letter of the rules, was posted in bad faith or violates rules in an unspecified way, message the moderators or report the post/comment in question. The moderators are permitted to remove content — including posts and comments — at any time, for any reason. This is to ensure a positive, friendly, and constructive subreddit.
  3. No Self Promotion
No spamming, low effort post, blogspam or promoting yourself. Blatent spamming or self-promotion with low effort content will result in a ban.
  4. Low Effort Post

Surveys and market research post of any form must be approved by mods before being posted. Surveys posted without approval will result in being removed and potentially banned.

What the written rules don't show

  • Unpublished minimums. Many communities remove posts from new or low-karma accounts through AutoModerator settings that are not on the rules page, often before a moderator sees them.
  • Reddit's own filters. Reddit's site-wide spam filters can remove posts from accounts that mostly share links to their own site, in any community.
  • The community's norms. Many communities see themselves as peers, not an audience: post where you already take part, and make the post worth reading without the link.
